This discreet, warm-hearted restaurant was run by a famous coffee-maker collector... But that's not all, as we have here for sale all the drawings and writings left in gratitude to the master of the house: Jean ROMESTANT. Painters, collectors, actors, decorators, dancers, writers and publishers all left their mark, making this collection a unique testimony to artistic life in Paris from 1968 to the 1990s. (All photos available on request). Provenance: Private collection of the restaurant La Cafetière, estate of Jean Romestant and Leonel Costa Jorge.
