Between the Odéon theater and the Académie Française, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, with its art galleries and publishing houses, LA CAFETIERE faced the Alcazar, the Mecca of the Parisian Nuit. This discreet, warm-hearted restaurant was run by a famous coffee-maker collector... But that's not all, as we have here for sale all the drawings and writings left in gratitude to the master of the house: Jean ROMESTANT. Painters, collectors, actors, decorators, dancers, writers and publishers all left their mark, making this collection a unique testimony to artistic life in Paris from 1968 to the 1990s.
