CONDITIONS OF SALE
In accordance with the law, the information given in the catalogue is the responsibility of the auctioneer, taking into account the corrections announced at the time of the sale of the item and recorded in the sale report.
The items will be sold as is. A prior exhibition will allow the buyers to see the condition of the objects offered for sale, and no claims will be accepted once the sale has been made. The dimensions and estimates are given as an indication, the condition of the frames is not guaranteed, the restorations of use and lining are considered as conservative measures not entailing depreciation.
In the event of identical bids, priority is given to the room. The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder.
The sale will be made expressly in cash and conducted in euros.
COSTS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER
The buyer will pay to JOIGNY ENCHERES - JOIGNY ESTIMATIONS, in addition to the hammer price, a fee of 21.5%.
TEMIS
Joigny Enchères is a subscriber to the TEMIS file, allowing the consultation and the feeding of access restrictions to the auctions. By participating in the sale, you acknowledge that you have been informed that any unpaid or overdue sales slip is likely to be registered in the TEMIS file and to restrict your ability to participate in auctions.
PURCHASE ORDERS
AND TELEPHONE AUCTIONS
The auctioneer, the expert and the members of the firm may execute any purchase order without additional charge. In this respect, the purchase orders and telephone bids being simple facilities, the Auctioneer cannot be held responsible in case of non-execution or bad execution in any way whatsoever. Therefore, the Auctioneer cannot be held responsible if the telephone connection is not established, or established late, or interrupted.
It is advisable to make the request for a purchase order or telephone bidding in writing (mail, e-mail, fax), indicating your contact details, a copy of your identity card, as well as a bank account number. Due to the large number of bidding orders, please send your bidding orders before 11:00 am on the day of the sale at the latest. Telephone bids are accepted under the same conditions as bidding orders, exclusively for lots with a low estimate of more than 200 euros. All requests for telephone bids must be accompanied by a firm bidding order, in order to compensate for technical failures and to avoid fanciful requests. All telephone line requests commit the bidder to the low estimate announced. If the bidder cannot be reached during the sale, the item(s) will be awarded to him/her, in the absence of a higher bidder, at the low estimate.

The goods sold will only be handed over to the successful bidders after full payment of the auction price, costs and taxes.
GUARANTEE
In accordance with article L321-7 of the French Commercial Code, civil liability claims arising from auctions and voluntary and judicial sales of furniture by public auction are subject to a five-year statute of limitations from the date of the auction.

The shipments are made under the responsibility of the purchasers, think of checking the state of the object as of the reception in front of the conveyor, and indicate reserves if necessary.
In case of loss or damage, no compensation can be requested.
